Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.

Soul and Gypsy can facilitate refunds or exchanges, provided that the product is returned undamaged, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original condition and packaging.

All sale items are non returnable .

All refund and exchange requests and enquiries are to be made to hello@soulandgypsy.com.au within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the packaging is secure as Soul and Gypsy cannot cover items damaged in return transit.

Exchanges

​

If you would like to exchange a garment you must first notify us within 7 days to hello@soulandgypsy.com.au. The original item must be returned, at your own cost, within 7 days of Soul and Gypsy approving your request. We will then send the exchanged garment if available, at our cost. 

 

Refunds

​

If you would like a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of order to hello@soulandgypsy.com.au. Once a return has been approved and received, Soul and Gypsy will process refunds back to the original method of payment within 5 days of receipt.
